Meet the Haag-Streit UK team

At Haag-Streit UK, we know that staff is our biggest asset. We have an amazing team of individuals that make up our Diagnostic Division and Surgical Division, including teams in; sales, customer services, education & training, purchasing, and marketing.

Management Team

Our senior level team is responsible for leading and steering the company. They meet regularly to ensure their teams are delivering on the Haag-Streit UK business objectives.

UK & Export Sales Team

The Haag-Streit UK team of Area Sales Managers is responsible for UK sales of Haag-Streit’s large diagnostic equipment such as; slit lamps, biometers, perimeters, OCT devices, lasers and medical simulators from our partners, Haag-Streit Diagnostics, Optovue, Meridian, and Haag-Streit Simulation.

The Haag-Streit UK team of Regional Sales Managers is responsible for UK sales of Haag-Streit’s large surgical equipment such as microscopes and medical simulators. The team is also responsible for the UK sales of our portfolio of reusable and single-use surgical instruments and procedures & implants from John Weiss and our 'Trusted Brands' partners.

Our Export Manager is responsible for sales of the Clement Clarke Ophthalmic diagnostic equipment range and the John Weiss portfolio of micro-surgical instruments, via our network of Authorised Distributors in over 40 countries, Worldwide.

Customer Services Team

Our customer service co-ordinators are available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, to take customer orders for all products in our comprehensive portfolio, from prisms, lenses, vision tests and occluders, to world-leading Tonosafe disposable prisms and the gold-standard Perkins Mk3 hand-held tonometer. The team can also assist with orders and providing information on our surgical portfolio of reusable and single-use instruments and procedures & implants, including the John Weiss range of gold-standard micro-surgical instruments.

Clinical Education & Training Team

Haag-Streit UK’s dedicated Clinical Training Team runs the Haag-Streit Academy and delivers high-quality education to our customers at tailored lectures and workshops around the country.

Purchasing Team

The Purchasing Team plays a key role in ensuring we have sufficient stock to cover sales orders and forecasts.  The team creates the link between our in-house manufacturing team and external suppliers, building good relationships to ensure we consistently deliver value-for-money.

Marketing Team

Haag-Streit UK’s in-house Marketing Team delivers the company’s marketing objectives through advertising, design, direct-marketing campaigns, events, online channels, PR and social media.
