Issue 13

In this latest edition of 'InFocus', we highlight the launch of the IM 910 3D, and we explore how customers can replace their slit lamps and trade in their old biometers. We also look at the top three winning entries in our popular Slit Lamp Imaging Competition. 

News within the Academy and events area of the business includes a rundown of the new and updated ‘Improving Outcomes’ biometry courses, the new Skills Hub that was launched earlier this year, and a roundup of our attendance at ESCRS 2024.

Issue 12

Stories include the success of our attendance at 100% Ophthalmology, where we sponsored the Ophthalmology Hub. We ran three innovative educational lectures and our popular Eyesi Slit Lamp simulator competition.

Stories include an update on how HS-UK will continue to safely operate and supply following relaxation of the COVID-19 guidelines.

Issue 6

Stories include the rebrand of VRmagic's medical simulator branch to Haag-Streit Simulation, as well as a preview of the Eyestar 900 OCT eye analyser set to launch in May. Find out more about Haag-Streit Academy's free user accounts for its e-learning portal and the upcoming 'Biometry Focus Month', a series of online talks by clinical and industry key opinion leaders.

Issue 5

Stories include the launch of the Haag-Streit LENSTAR Myopia, a state-of-the-art myopia management system, as well as Hill-RBF Method 3.0 which provides sophisticated IOL power selection using artificial intelligence. Optovue's new iVue80 SDOCT system is also launched, offering retina, glaucoma and anterior segment scanning, as standard. 

Details of Haag-Streit Diagnostics' ‘Perimetry Focus Month’ running throughout March features in the newsletter, along with online booking information for each of the virtual education events.

A company update on how we are focussing on continuity of service and supply, following Brexit and during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, is also included.
