YAG lasers

MR Q & MR Q Supine Nd:YAG lasers

The MR Q is the new professional 1064nm laser for posterior capsulotomy, pupillary membranectomy and iridotomy. Featuring an anterior and posterior offset for optimal treatment, its ergonomic design allows full doctor and patient access. The MR Q Supine is a fully-integrated ophthalmic Nd:YAG laser system for supine use, designed for capsulotomy and iridotomy.

Nd:YAG + SLT laser

MR Q SLT

The new MR Q SLT features a powerful dual laser module, with a Nd:YAG laser combined with an accurate SLT photo-regenerator. Its many built-in features assure better treatments, safer laser offset and a quicker response. With a twin-column table, a large table top and a unique chinrest design, the MR Q SLT offers the best in flexibility and comfort.

Green laser photocoagulator

Merilas 532α

The compact Merilas 532α is a reliable and precise photocoagulator for use in all retinal photocoagulation procedures, iridotomy and laser trabeculoplasty. This professional frequency doubled solid state green laser photocoagulator can be used with a slit lamp adapter, ophthalmoscope or endo-probe.

Short-pulse lasers

Merilas 532 & 577nm

The Merilas 532nm short-pulse is a powerful green laser system and the Merilas 577nm short-pulse is a powerful yellow laser system, both are designed to treat retinal disorders. Meridian’s short-pulse technology delivers a tissue-sparing solution that allows the tissue to cool between laser pulses. This minimises or prevents tissue damage, reducing treatment risks. Patient comfort and safety is improved as no tissue damages or scars occur.

Transscleral cyclophotocoagulation

Merilas 810 short-pulse laser

The Merilas 810 short-pulse laser provides glaucoma and retina treatments, and offers new laser therapy for advanced and end-stage glaucoma. The system offers transscleral cyclophotocoagulation (TSCPC), which has been shown to safely reduce intra-ocular pressure in patients where previous medications and treatments were not effective.
