Endoprobes are used for endophotocoagulation procedures. Both straight and angled probes are available.
Safety filters for full protection are available. If the laser is not triggered, the filter glasses are not in the doctor's observation path. The doctor can therefore observe the areas to be treated through the slit lamp, without any undesired effect of the filter. As soon as the foot pedal of the laser is pressed (i.e. laser light is emitted), the protective filters swing into the observation path and protect the doctor from laser radiation, until the emission continues.
