Dave Margetts

Customer Services Manager

Dave manages the day to day running of the UK Sales office. He provides support to the Area Sales Managers, and oversees quotations, demonstration stock and the processing of all UK sales orders.

He has enjoyed a long career within the sales arena and celebrated his 32nd year with HS-UK in February 2024.

Dave is passionate about the environment and sustainability and is an active member of the local Green Party.

Nicole Gadd

Customer Service Co-ordinator

Nicole has been a Customer Service Co-ordinator at Haag-Streit UK for the past year. She effectively manages the day-to-day needs of our customers, ensuring all orders and related queries are processed accurately and efficiently. She also liaises directly with the sales team on matters relating to customer service.

When not at work, she enjoys being a mum to a five-year-old boy and socialising with family and friends.

Reece Boughtwood

Customer Service Co-ordinator

Reece has been with Haag-Streit UK for 7 years. He works as a Customer Service Co-ordinator processing purchase orders, arranging quotations for sales reps, and organising the booking of demo kit demonstrations. He also answers telephone enquiries and processes telephone orders.

In his spare time, he enjoys watching football and spending quality time with his family.

Sarah Pite

Customer Service Co-ordinator

Sarah has been with the company for 5 years, supporting the John Weiss range of surgical instruments. Before this, she worked in ophthalmology and in the cancer services for the NHS.

Her responsibilities include helping customers with surgical enquiries, sales admin and supporting the surgical sales managers.

Sarah is a mum to two teenage boys, and in her spare time, she is a personal trainer.
