Patient chair

Comfortable position for every patient

The patient chair within the DOMS HS-2010 examination unit is electrically height-adjustable and can be adjusted directly via the device. It is firmly connected to the examination device for high stability, and to ensure high comfort and stability, offers many optional features. These include swiveling & rotating armrests, an adjustable seat, and an adjustable backrest. The backrest can be placed in the horizontal position, making it ideal for simple surgical procedures in the examination room.

Wheelchair accessible

Examination directly from the wheelchair

The DOMS HS-2010 is optionally available in two wheelchair-accessible variants. Depending on the space available, the patient chair can either be easily pushed to the side and guided on a stable rail or alternatively turned away to the rear. The Quadro lifting column system on the sliding table ensures that the workstation height can be fine-tuned down to the smallest increment. There is also the option of adjusting the height of the entire workstation, including the desk, or separating the tabletop so that only the body with sliding table moves. Alternatively, the solo chair offers the option for lateral displacement, chair rotation or mobile solo chair.

For two examination devices

The DOMS HS-2010 examination unit is supplied as standard with a sliding table with space for two examination devices. Durability and easy handling are achieved by the Schneeberger principle. The device sliding table is available in a manually and optionally in a motorized variant, which can be controlled directly by the examination device.

Automated phoropter arm

Integration with manual & automatic phoropter

The DOMS HS-2010 examination device is supplied with the phoropter’s unique integration into the unit. Different commercially available manual and automated phoropters can also be installed. The phoropter is extended by motor and can be quickly prepared on the patient. The close refraction is also adjusted individually, quickly and in line with the patient's needs. A vision character monitor can also be mounted on top. Individual programming of the buttons is custom-made for customers in the factory.

Illuminated control panel

Innovative programmed control software

The 24 buttons on the control panel can be programmed individually and integrated directly into the room control. This means that, for example, room lighting or blinds can be operated directly on the unit. Control is carried out with the innovative PLC (programmed control software) system from Siemens. The buttons are indirectly illuminated—just a quick glance is all it takes to conveniently start the next function. This intuitive operation allows the user to focus completely on the patient.

Glass box

Everything in its place

With many extras and options, the DOMS HS-2010 unit is well-thought out in every detail. As standard, the glass box is integrated directly into the examination device as a swiveling compartment or as a sliding compartment for easy access from the workstation.

Hand-held device tray

Stow & charge directly at the workstation

The hand-held device tray is mounted directly below the tabletop and is therefore accessible at all times during the examination. Thanks to the integrated power connection, the hand-held device can be charged directly on the hand-held device tray and is ready for use at any time. It can also be linked to the room automation system. The glass box can be selected as a swivel box or as a sliding compartment box.

Swivel arm for head ophthalmoscope

Tidy & easily accessible.

The optional swivel arm for the head ophthalmoscope also enables tidy and efficient working. It can be loaded directly onto the swivel arm and is easily accessible at any time with a simple handle. As a special feature, it can even be integrated into the room control system so that the room is automatically darkened when the head ophthalmoscope is swiveled forward.

An individually adjustable workstation light is available as an option, allowing small surgical procedures to take place directly at the unit. Moreover, a small reading light is also optionally available on the column of the examination device.

Illuminated glasses tray option

Great help for the patient

The automatic switch-on and switch-off control of the glasses tray means that the patient always knows where to put their glasses. When the automatic room lighting is activated, the illumination of the glasses tray is off, otherwise it is on, saving power. Standard glasses trays without lighting are also available.

Container

Tidy workplace

Many other examination items can be stowed clean and safe in the body of the unit. Thanks to this elegant container, your work surface always looks tidy and professional. The container can be used standalone or as an integrated unit, with optional wheels. The preferred color selection and the corresponding material can be selected as an option.
