Haag-Streit UK appoints new Service Manager

Haag-Streit UK has recently appointed Tim Lister in the role of Service Manager.

Tim will be responsible for managing the Haag-Streit UK Service Division and maintaining the high level of customer service and aftercare support that the company is known for. His motivational support and leadership skills will ensure the smooth running of the department. Tim will co-ordinate product installations, relocations, and audits, whilst ensuring that all Service Engineers and Co-ordinators maintain the required level of product knowledge and technical expertise.

Prior to his appointment at HS-UK, Tim worked at Aquatronic Group Management Ltd, one of UK’s leading water booster pump and sealed system pressurisation equipment specialists. In 2010, he became responsible for managing AGM Ltd.’s local service department and then in 2018 was appointed as Service Director, managing the whole of AGM Ltd.’s UK service delivery.

When speaking of his new role at Haag-Streit UK, Tim said: “I am really looking forward to getting to know the team and learning more about the company. I look forward to working with members of the service department, as well as the wider UK team, to improve the service functions of the business for our valued customers.”
