Haag-Streit UK appoints a new Customer Service Co-ordinator

Deborah will be responsible for managing the HS-UK Service Division customer enquiries. She will maintain the customer contact and call log database, along with assisting customers through the organisation of repairs, maintenance and equipment breakdowns. Working closely with the field service team, she will be responsible for the invoicing of all in-house and out-house repairs, ensuring that these are carried out promptly.

Before joining the Service team, Deborah worked within Audio Restoration where she was able to gain experience working with with dealers, distributors and members of the public on a day-to-day basis.

Speaking about her appointment, Deborah said, “I am excited to start my new role and can’t wait to complete my training with the Service team, they have been very welcoming. I am looking forward to supporting HS-UK service customers, ensuring efficient responses to any breakdown or maintenance issues.”
