Haag-Streit UK appoints a new Customer Service Co-ordinator
Haag-Streit UK is pleased to announce the appointment of Catherine Jones as a new Customer Service Co-ordinator in the Haag-Streit UK Service Department.
Catherine will be responsible for invoicing equipment repairs, logging and actioning service breakdown work, assisting with contract renewal quotations, processing contract orders, and acting as a key contact for service-related queries. Catherine will also liaise closely with the team of Service Engineers, ensuring that technical queries and in-house repairs are co-ordinated efficiently.
Catherine has worked in customer service for over 30 years, providing IT support for Addenbrookes Hospital and EDS, and working in a retail environment for Marks and Spencer.
When speaking of her new appointment, Catherine said: “I am delighted to be joining Haag-Streit UK’s Service Department as a Customer Service Co-ordinator. I am looking forward to getting to know my new team, working with lots of different people and adding value to the company.”
Service Manager, Tim Lister, spoke of his new team member: “I am really pleased to have Catherine onboard. Her friendly, approachable personality and many years of experience in customer service make her a real asset to the Service Department.”
