On the Standard level cover, you will receive one full service visit per year at
your premises, on the equipment you wish to cover. It is fully-inclusive of all
Engineer travel and labour costs.
A member of our Service Team will contact you approximately one month
prior to the date your equipment is due for servicing, to arrange a convenient
date to complete the service visit. Our Field Service Engineer will complete
a thorough inspection of your equipment and will replace any faulty or
worn components with genuine manufacturer parts. Routine maintenance
and manufacturer spare parts are chargeable on a Standard contract. Any
parts used are detailed in the service report provided post-visit to ensure
full traceability. The Standard level contract also includes a 5% discount on
breakdown and repair visits.
All our contracts offer the option to upgrade to ‘PLUS’ repair cover. This level
of cover provides additional support in the unlikely event that your device
breaks down or requires repair.
STANDARD PLUS repair cover includes one breakdown or repair callout on your device per annum, with a spare parts limit of £250.
