Which service contract is right for you?

We offer three standard service contracts; Standard, Premium and Elite. Each service contract is designed to give you full peace-of-mind and the different levels allow you to choose the option which is right for you. Our Field Service Engineers will visit your premises and undertake a full service of the equipment covered by your contract on their annual maintenance visit.

All contracts benefit from our priority response to call-outs. Also included is access to our call-centre help desk, where your call will be immediately logged on our CRM system and your service issue dealt with, quickly and professionally.

PLUS repair cover

For customers who would like full peace of mind, in addition to the maintenance contracts, you can upgrade your contract to include ‘PLUS’ repair cover. This additional cover includes all the benefits of the maintenance packages but is also inclusive of the costs associated with device repairs. If you would like to include repairs in with your service contract, please speak to our friendly team to find out more.

Standard level cover

On the Standard level cover, you will receive one full service visit per year at
your premises, on the equipment you wish to cover. It is fully-inclusive of all
Engineer travel and labour costs.

A member of our Service Team will contact you approximately one month
prior to the date your equipment is due for servicing, to arrange a convenient
date to complete the service visit. Our Field Service Engineer will complete
a thorough inspection of your equipment and will replace any faulty or
worn components with genuine manufacturer parts. Routine maintenance
and manufacturer spare parts are chargeable on a Standard contract. Any
parts used are detailed in the service report provided post-visit to ensure
full traceability. The Standard level contract also includes a 5% discount on
breakdown and repair visits.

All our contracts offer the option to upgrade to ‘PLUS’ repair cover. This level
of cover provides additional support in the unlikely event that your device
breaks down or requires repair.

STANDARD PLUS repair cover includes one breakdown or repair callout on your device per annum, with a spare parts limit of £250.

Premium level cover

When you take out a Premium level contract, you will receive all the benefits associated with a Standard contract, however, in addition, the Premium contract also covers the cost of replacing routine maintenance parts during your service visit, as well as the labour time. The Premium level contract also includes a 10% discount on breakdown and repair visits.

PREMIUM PLUS repair cover includes two breakdown or repair callouts on your device per annum, each with a spare parts limit of £500.

Elite level cover

Our Elite level contract is the most comprehensive Haag-Streit service contract available. It combines all the benefits of the Standard and Premium level contracts with the added advantage of a 50% discount on loan devices and a 15% discount on breakdown and repair visits.

ELITE PLUS repair cover includes 3 breakdown or repair callouts on your device per annum, each with a spare parts limit of £1000.
