The HS-UK Service Division is an authorised service agent for Optovue, so can deal with any servicing or maintenance issues. Our Field Service Engineers are trained by the manufacturer, Optovue, to use their specialist tools, so all equipment is serviced to the manufacturer's standard. During a service visit we carry out a full calibration, perform a software upgrade (if applicable), and fully cleanse the glide plate and lens.
