The HS-UK Service Division is the only authorised Haag-Streit Surgical service agent in the UK. Whilst the Haag-Streit Surgical microscope brand is synonymous with quality and performance, service issues can still arise, which may lead to your microscope equipment needing to be repaired by an expert. Our Microscope Engineers only use genuine manufacturer-supplied parts and materials, and all have been fully-trained and accredited by the manufacturer. During a service visit, our Engineers will check all microscope functions operate correctly, clean the optics, check for correct illumination and focus, ensure the arm is balanced, and check the floorstand movement and brakes are operating correctly.
