Haag-Streit UK appoints a new Customer Services Co-ordinator

Nicole will be responsible for managing the daily needs of the HS-UK external and internal customer network. She will be a vital point of contact for product-related enquiries and will deal with queries across the entire HS-UK portfolio. Working closely with the sales teams, she will be ensuring all orders and consumer related queries are processed in a timely manner.

Before joining the Customer Services team, Nicole worked for HS-UK sister company Clement Clarke Holdings as a Health & Safety Officer. Supporting the Head of Human Resources and Facilities, she gained 12 years experience within the business.

Speaking about her appointment, Nicole said, “I am excited to start my new role within the Customer Services department. The team have been very welcoming and I’m eager to gain more knowledge on the HS-UK product range.”
