A tissue-sparing approach

Microcatheterisation & viscodilation combined

Re-establish the conventional outflow pathway

Maximize patient outcomes

The iTrack™ comprises an infusion pathway for the delivery of ophthalmic viscosurgical device (OVD) and a proprietary guide-wire that controls how the microcatheter tracks, enabling it to traverse the full 360° of the canal. It also features a fibre optic for illuminating the distal tip. Importantly, iTrack™ is the only canaloplasty microcatheter that enables the Surgeon to customise the degree of viscodilation on an individual patient basis.

Treat glaucoma without damaging or removing tissue

Reduces complications

iTrack™ delivers on the MIGS promise of safety – it does not remove tissue and preserves the angle, thus enabling future treatments. Furthermore, the iTrack™ has an excellent safety profile, with minimal post-operative follow-up, faster recovery times, and infrequent intra- operative and postoperative complications.

360° viscodilation

Single-pass catheterisation of Schlemm's canal

With a flexible design and internal guide-wire, iTrack™ is the only canaloplasty device that can catheterize 360° of Schlemm’s canal during a single intubation. A narrow or collapsed Schlemm’s canal correlates with a decrease in outflow facility by as much as 50% in POAG eyes. iTrack™ mechanically breaks adhesions within Schlemm’s canal and dilates it by up to 2 – 3 times, via a process of pressurized viscodilation.

iTrack surgical system

Minimally invasive, maximally effective

The iTrack surgical system, which comprises the iTrack microcatheter, the ViscoInjector viscoelastic injector and the iLumin illumination source, is a crucial element in the success of ABiC and Canaloplasty.
