As the only Haag-Streit authorised slit lamp service agent in the UK, why trust your equipment with any other service department? We carry out an annual preventative maintenance visit for all our contract customers, as well as ad-hoc services for a one-off fee. A fully-qualified HS-UK Field Service Engineer will visit your premises to carry out a service visit. This will include internal and external inspection, full operational check and cleaning, replacement of worn parts, lubrication using Haag-Streit approved lubricants and a full optical alignment check & adjustment. We will also carry out an electrical safety test after the repair, in accordance with applicable standards and provide a detailed service report.
