Who attended the training?
The training was attended by Ophthalmic Vision Science practitioners from the imaging team at Moorfields. Their role is to support busy clinics by capturing diagnostic images such as slit lamp photography, OCT scans, and fundus imaging, which are vital for patient care and clinical decision making.
What were your favourite aspects of the day?
The hands-on element of the session was fundamental in helping everyone understand and apply the techniques effectively.
Gemma’s explanations were clear and really helped with more technical aspects, particularly when breaking down the different illumination techniques and sharing practical tips on optimising image quality. The staff thoroughly enjoyed the day and left enthusiastic and eager to start practicing with the BX 900.
