Haag-Streit UK appoints a new Field Service Engineer

Haag-Streit UK is pleased to announce the appointment of Campbell Fyfe in the role of Field Service Engineer.

Campbell will be covering Scotland and Northern Ireland, taking over from Jim McGuire who is retiring in May. He will be responsible for providing on-site repairs, installations and routine servicing for all manufactured Haag-Streit products and third party equiptment. Working closely with the customer service and sales teams, he will ensure that routine services and repairs conform to all company quality standards.

Campbell has worked as a Service Engineer for nearly 20 years, most recently for Drive Devilbiss based at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow, servicing and repairing medical electric beds as well as electric floor and ceiling patient hoists.

Speaking about his appointment, Campbell said, “I am looking forward to increasing my knowledge of the Haag-Streit products. I am particularly excited to get out into the field and build relationships with customers, understand their needs and provide the high level of support they expect from Haag-Streit UK.”

His technical skills and experience in a hospital setting will be a valuable asset both to him and the rest of the team.
