Advancing canaloplasty to the next level

Comprising an ergonomic handheld injector, custom-designed cannula and illuminated microcatheter, iTrack™ Advance puts the proven combination of viscodilation and catheterisation more neatly in your hands. The iTrack microcatheter can be used in both ab-interno MIGS and ab-externo canaloplasty procedures.

Handheld injector 

iTrack™ Advance offers an easy-to-use handheld injector, measuring just 220 microns in diameter. The intelligently engineered injector delivers the microcatheter into Schlemm’s canal, and advances and retracts the microcatheter through the canal in a predictable, controlled and smooth manner.

360 degree catheterisation

iTrack™ Advance includes a proprietary guidewire mechanism. The flexible design allows canaloplasty to be performed over 360° of the conventional outflow pathway via a single intubation.

Illuminated tip

Featuring the world’s only illuminated ophthalmic microcatheter, iTrack™ Advance provides continuous location feedback. The illumiated tip allows transluminal visualisation of the microcatheter through every procedural step.

Adjustable OVD delivery

iTrack™ Advance is the only canaloplasty device that enables surgeons to customise the degree of viscodilation on an individual patient basis. More than 100 microliters of OVD can be delivered over the entire 360° of Schlemm’s canal, 10 times more than other canaloplasty microcatheters.
